What Does it Take to Move with the Flow of Life?

You have the capacity for a creative, vital life because you are part of one beautiful, loving interconnected universe. This is how I see it (thanks to insight from many wisdom traditions): We are all part of one interconnected flow that is in constant creative evolution. We suffer, life suffers, Read more…

Beautiful Origins

My life changed in a 2009 healing with Spring Forest QiGong Master Chunyi Lin. I remember feeling like I had traveled to the deep center of the universe. This was the turning point in my healing from cancer, the moment when I tapped into the origin of life and accessed Read more…

Dancing like our hips contain the universe

What is in the swish of the hip? To pulse my shoulders or throw my hips, I have to find a spiral within my body that allows me to twist. These shimmies and shakes are what makes Romani (Gypsy) dancing so playful and exuberant. I am exploring how their power Read more…
