EJH-confidenceThere is a scientific explanation for why we often leave the dance floor feeling confident, passionate, enthusiastic and captivating. Dancing is like a power posing conditioning class. What I find especially cool is that it is power expressed and shared in community. The dancing circle helps us practice moving together through life in a way in which we all are powerful.

Practicing dance is one way to prepare ourselves to “fake it” until we “become it.” Thank you for all the ways your reveal yourself fully to the world.
