What will you do for love?

Wow, I cannot tell you how wonderful it has been to resume outdoor group classes. I love seeing people in the flesh! I’ve even seen some bare feet. I love the beauty and relative warmth of spring. It feels like a homecoming. The wholeness I feel when I am mindfully Read more…

Who You Are

Last November I heard Hopi elder Vernon Masayesva speak about his work protecting water. I was struck by how he described his work as a response to the question “who am I am as a Hopi?” His repetition of the question helped me hear that he wasn’t asking a self-absorbed Read more…

Conscious Embodiment is a Game Changer

Hello, beautiful being of the universe. I feel awe that every atom in your body was created in an ancient star. I am in awe as the water that makes up more than 50% of your body is continually refreshed and exchanged with the watershed around you. I am in Read more…
