Wisdom Dances Circle Make dance a vital part of your life: a joyful form of exercise,  sacred practice, community experience, and vehicle for transformation on many levels. Dance is our muse, our joy, our healer.  By paying attention to the integrity of the dances we will cultivate wisdom to guide us. Learn dances deeply, so that you can inhabit the dance fully. Study the music, culture, and wisdom that is connected with the dances Explore incorporating improvisation into the structure of the dances Share in an exploration of dancing into joyful, resilient diverse communities. Dance with a trust that these dances have more direct healing power than you can imagine.
