Dance is our muse, our joy, our healer. By paying attention to the integrity of the dances we will cultivate wisdom to guide us. Learn dances deeply, so that you can inhabit the dance fully. Study the music, culture, and wisdom that is connected with the dances Explore incorporating improvisation into the structure of the dances Share in an exploration of dancing into joyful, resilient diverse communities. Dance with a trust that these dances have more direct healing power than you can imagine. Participants are asked to make a 10 week commitment to the circle.
